About the Event
Want to improve your footwork on the wall? Join Ady for a session on training and techniques to maintain proper footwork on slab walls.
All materials and equipment needed for this worshop will be supplied. Free gym access included.
About Instructor
Ady is a competitive climber, routesetter and climbing coach. Her favorite discipline is bouldering and teaches a variety of technique classes at Central Rock Gym in Manhattan.
